- To strengthen ONL NJ's organizational sustainability by ensuring financial viability, advancing strategic marketing initiatives, fostering inclusive and engaged membership and cultivating a robust leadership pipeline through effective governance and nominations processes.
- To oversee and monitor the organization's investment capital for future growth.
- To develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to increase membership.
